• Mod Name — the name you give to a mod you upload.
• Discord Name — the Discord username you provide or that is associated with your account.
• Mod Description — the description you provide for your uploaded mod.
• Mod Files — the mod itself, as uploaded by you.
• Mod Source Code — the source code accompanying your uploaded mod.

We do not collect passwords, payment information, email addresses, IP addresses, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use This Information

We use the collected information to:

• Operate the Service and make mods available for download.
• Display mod names, descriptions, and uploader identity (Discord name) to other users.
• Attribute uploaded content to the user who uploaded it.
• Identify the source of malicious or prohibited content and, where necessary, assist law enforcement investigations.

4. Public Visibility

Certain information you provide is public by design. Your mod name, mod description, Discord name, mod files, and source code may be visible to and downloadable by other users of the Service. Do not upload anything you are not willing to share publicly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may disclose collected information only:

• To law enforcement or legal authorities where we reasonably believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or respond to illegal activity, including the uploading of malware or remote access trojans "RATs".

We retain uploaded content and associated information (Windows username, mod name, Discord name, description, mod files, and source code) for as long as the content remains available on the Service, and as reasonably necessary thereafter to address abuse, security, or legal matters.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
