By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Lucy's Mod Manager ("the Service") and any mods, files, or content made available through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Lucy's Mod Manager is a platform that allows users to browse, download, and manage third-party modifications for Gorilla Tag. Mods are created and uploaded by third-party users. We do not create, own, endorse, or guarantee the safety of user-uploaded content.
You download and use mods entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge and accept that user-generated content may, without our knowledge, contain bugs, malware, viruses, or other harmful code. You are solely responsible for taking your own precautions, including scanning files with antivirus software and maintaining backups, although moderation teams will try their best to view the mods source code and make sure it is safe for your use.
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or any mod is free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucy's Mod Manager, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any downloaded content. This includes, without limitation, damage to your device or software, loss of data, account compromise or "hacking," unauthorized remote access "ratting", financial loss, or theft of personal information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may not upload, distribute, or link to any content that contains malware, viruses, spyware, remote access trojans "RATs", keyloggers, or any code designed to gain unauthorized access to, damage, or compromise another user's device, accounts, or data.
Uploading such content is a serious criminal offense under computer misuse and cybercrime laws (including, where applicable, the Computer Misuse Act 1990 in the UK and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act in the US). Any user found uploading a RAT or other malicious software will be reported to law enforcement. We will cooperate fully with police and provide all relevant account data, logs, upload records, and IP information to assist any investigation or prosecution.
If you upload content, you represent and warrant that it is free of malicious code and that you have the right to distribute it. You are solely and personally liable for any content you upload and for any harm it causes to other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any user and any content, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, particularly where we suspect malicious activity.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucy's Mod Manager and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
